Return & Refund Policy

At CAFORA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are handcrafted chocolates and other perishable food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and quality.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The package is tampered with at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer after the required account details are provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
• Delay caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances.
• Minor variations in product appearance due to handcrafted preparation.
• Improper storage or handling after delivery.

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, CAFORA may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

The decision will be made after reviewing the details submitted.
